We text existing clients about their own service: appointment reminders and confirmations, coverage and policy service notices, answers to questions you send us, and reminders to review your Medicare plan during Medicare’s enrollment periods.

We text you only if you have given us your mobile number and your consent to receive texts. Your consent is recorded in our client system.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Message frequency varies with your appointments and account activity.

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work. Opting out does not change your relationship with us, and we can still reach you by phone, email or mail.
